Four Phase Plan

Since our goal as a team is to facilitate a Church Planting Movement, it is essential that we meet the real and felt needs of those in the culture, including the handicapped, their relatives and friends. To not do so is to hamper the very movement we wish to facilitate, and so we seek to extend the influence of the Gospel to those who are traditionally overlooked.
